Action To Take:
1.Check wiring on pressure sensor and main PCB.
2. Replace pressure sensor.

Description:
Samsung washing machine 3E error indicates that the machine is not detecting or is not able to rotate the wash motor. Machines that have motors with brushes the motor brushes are usually the first thing that should be checked. With newer inverter type motors start by checking the connections from PCB to the motor. Measure the resistance of the motor, this is best done straight on the plug from the main PCB. If the motor checks out ok and the resistance is even between points 1-3, 1-2 and 2-3 then the main PCB would be the cause for your Samsung washing machine 3E error.

- Check that the drum can physically rotate and nothing is jamming it.
